Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Camalot LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Double View — Dual Recording mobile application (“the App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

These Terms supplement and incorporate the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed through the Apple App Store. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail for App Store purchases.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any compatible device that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable App Store or Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App to infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Double View offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings on your device:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
3. Select Double View
4. Tap Cancel Subscription or choose a different plan

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your current subscription period expires.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If the price of a subscription increases, you will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed through Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. All billing inquiries related to charges should be directed to Apple Support.

Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

5. User Content

The App enables you to record, capture, and store photos and videos using your device’s cameras. All content you create using the App (“User Content”) remains your property.

We do not upload, access, or store your User Content on our servers. All recordings and media are stored locally on your device and in your device’s photo library.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws, including privacy and consent laws related to recording.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Camalot LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

“Double View” and the Double View logo are trademarks of Camalot LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Dual camera recording functionality depends on device hardware capabilities and operating system version support.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Camalot LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Google Play (Android)

When Double View becomes available on Google Play, the following additional terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the same price and duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
• Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policy

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

The following terms apply to the extent the App is used on Apple-branded devices:

• These Terms are between you and Camalot LLC, not Apple. Camalot LLC is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
